What is the Green Medicine Tour?

Each city activation is a full cultural ecosystem:

  • Music– Living Studio performances + headline concert.
  • Fine Art– Touring exhibition featuring faculty and invited artists.
  • Education– Masterclasses in batik, oil, and cultural craft.
  • Media IP– Documentary, audio, and cultural archives.
  • Prizes & Mobility– Monthly awards and grand prize Africa experiences.

All movement, lodging, data, nightlife, and payments inside the ecosystem are routed exclusively through our sponsors. That exclusivity is the value.

About the Contest

We are selecting the top three artists from our online contest to step into the Green Medicine Tour ecosystem and perform in our Toronto launch cycle.

To enter, you only need two things:

  1. A link to one short performance video.
  2. Links to your social media profiles.

From these entries, we will shortlist artists and potential Ambassadors who will be invited into deeper collaboration, live performances, and campus experiences in Maputo.

How It Works

The contest is the front door into the Green Medicine Tour ecosystem. We are not just looking for one viral moment—we are looking for people who can grow with us over time.

  • Step 1. Submit your entryYou send us:
  • One short performance video (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok or similar link).
  • Your main social media profiles.
  • Step 2. ReviewOur team reviews submissions for talent, originality, and ecosystem fit.We are looking for presence, voice, and potential.
  • Step 3. Top 3 SelectionWe select the top three entries to move forward into the Toronto launch cycleand Green Medicine Tour ecosystem programming.
  • Step 4. Ecosystem OnboardingShortlisted artists and ambassadors receive further information about live performances, content capture, and long-term opportunities.

This is not a one-night talent show. It is an entry point into a multi-city, multi-year cultural network.

The Ambassadorship Path

Parallel to the artist contest, we are identifying Green Medicine Tour Ambassadors in each region. Some contestants will also emerge as cultural connectors and city leaders.

  • Ambassadors as Cultural Connectors
    Ambassadors represent the Tour in their city, help move tickets and merchandise, and act as local hosts when the ecosystem returns.
  • Network Access
    Ambassadors gain access to our faculty, campuses, and international partner venues, with opportunities that extend beyond performance alone.
  • Maputo & Ponta d’Ouro Experiences
    Top performers and ambassadors become eligible for hosted stays at our campus in Maputo and creative residencies in Ponta d’Ouro, including cultural exchange, safaris,and studio time.

The Ambassadorship is built to be career-changing and life-changing for people who can move culture in real life—not just online.

How to Enter

Entry is simple and free.
Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Prepare your performance short
    Choose one short video that shows who you are as an artist or cultural creative. This can be a live performance, freestyle, DJ clip, dance, or other performance piecethat best represents your voice.
  2. Gather your social media links
    Include links to your main platforms (for example: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SoundCloud,Spotify, X, or others).
  3. Submit via the form below
    Paste your video link and social links into the application form. Make sure your contactemail is correct so we can reach you if you are selected.

We review entries on a rolling basis leading into the Toronto launch. Early entries receive earlier visibility.
