UKPAC Functions
- Monitoring & Documentation: Tracks patterns of alleged corporate, and institutional misconduct, records case information according to internal protocols.
- Advocacy & Referral: Supports complainants with verified resources, referral pathways, and structured escalation when warranted.
- Public Notice Protocol: Non-adjudicative public notices where appropriate; includes right-of-reply and correction procedures.
- Escalation Support: At complainant request and with documented basis, supports referral to licensed legal practitioners or law enforcement.
- Great Peace Protocol: Truth-finding, de-escalation, practical resolution, and restoration of stability.
